I have ChatGPT, why do I need a parent coach?

Can’t ChatGPT just tell me how to handle my child’s behavior? How to shorten a tantrum? How to get over my mom guilt?

I know you know the answer to this question.

But do you still find yourself trying advice from AI that's just not working?

Sure… you can ask AI anything….

  • “What do I say when my toddler hits?”

  • “How do I stop the whining?”

  • “Is this normal?”

  • “How do I stay calm?”

And you’ll get a great answer in seconds.

But here’s what AI can’t do:

  • It can't help you find answers to questions you didn't even know you could be asking.

  • It can’t look at you in the eyes and offer empathy so deep it’s like it really sees you.

  • It can’t provide accountability.

  • It can’t give you dedicated time and space to discuss parenting challenges with your partner.

  • It can’t read your body language.

But working with me can.

I've had over 6 years of experience coaching parents, all with very unique stories and backgrounds, empowering them to bring real, lasting change to their families.

Coaching is where the shift happens. It's where:

  1. Your learn to slow down your reactivity to the pushback on bedtime and screentime limits (among others) and find more cooperation from your children

  2. You rebuild your confidence, giving you so much energy back in your day

  3. We create responses together that feel aligned with your family’s unique needs and values, not just a one-size-fits-all script

  4. We work together to create real solutions and strategies that fit your family

That’s what coaching with me does.

Coaching is not extra.

It’s support for the most important job you have.

AI is a tool.

But transformation happens in relationship.

You can do this.

You just need a little support and dedicated time to make the shifts.

I’d love to be the person who walks alongside you.

You don’t have to figure this out alone.
